Career Path


V.I.P. is proud to announce the new ‘career path’ within its corporate structure – and following the mantra “promote from within”. This is because we believe the best people to run the company are the ones who have experienced all aspects of the business for themselves.

When a franchisee begins their V.I.P. career they start as a ‘White’ franchisee. After a period in the field and having shown competency in their skill set they become a ‘Bronze’ franchisee. The next step is a ‘Silver’ franchisee, as a ‘Silver’ franchisee you will sell back work to V.I.P. and have brought in your own client referrals and franchise referrals. After ‘Silver’ is ‘Gold’, they sell back more work and also more frequently, they help V.I.P. care take excess work. The next step is an ‘Emerald’ franchisee, also known as an Area Manager. They take prospective franchisees out for days in the field, carry out training sessions, mentor existing franchisees, conduct field reviews and care take unallocated suburbs. The step after this is into the office to become the Regional Franchise Manager – an employee of V.I.P. The RFM manages the building up of work and sales within the division in their region and they help the Area Managers to support existing franchisees.
