The V.I.P. franchise system ensures that benefit from being in business for yourself, but you are not by yourself. The V.I.P. support team, National Franchise Support Manager, Regional Franchise Manager and Local Area Managers communicate with their franchisees on a regular basis to ensure all franchisees are reaching their financial, lifestyle and social goals.

The V.I.P. support team is there to help you with any problems that you face, whether you are going into business for the first time and require training in GST / ATO compliance, or whether you require training in a specific service related course, such as chainsaw use for gardening franchisees, or new products for cleaning franchisees and everything in between.

If you are purchasing existing work, you will also be introduced to your customers and guided through the services they require.

As part of the support provided by V.I.P., the support team has developed the V.I.P. Systematic Procedure whereby franchisees utilise efficient procedures and up-selling techniques to ensure that V.I.P. franchisees have less down time, and more time earning an income.
