V.I.P. is able to achieve a greater marketing and advertising budget than individual operators due to economies of scale. V.I.P. communicates to all potential customers on a National level, through television and the internet, State level, through newspapers and Yellow Pages, and at a Local level through strategic local area marketing within the local community.

All marketing material directs customers to our National Office based, Customer Care Centre phone number, 13 26 13 and also to our website if they require more information before making a purchase decision.

Through coordinating all marketing through our own marketing department located in our National office, V.I.P. is able to communicate a clear and consistent message across all communication channels. This ensures that potential customers are hit with the same V.I.P. message on numerous occasions, and keeping V.I.P. 'top of consumers mind'.

Importantly, "V.I.P." stands for the way we treat our franchisees, and how they in turn treat their customers because everyone deserves the V.I.P. treatment.
